Prime mover and transmission parts

Generally, the motor is used as the prime mover, and the motor is driven by the first-class V-belt. The motor is installed separately from the frame, and the flywheel is used as a large pulley.

Jaw crusher frame

It is mainly used to support the eccentric shaft (spindle), the raft and to withstand the crushing force. Commonly used cast steel is integrally cast, or assembled in parts, and can also be welded with thick steel plates. In order to increase the rigidity, there are generally longitudinal and lateral reinforcing ribs on the outside.

The jaw crusher

The working surface of the jaw crusher is equipped with a slab (crushing plate), which is usually cast by ZG45 and ZC35, and the upper part is supported by an eccentric shaft. The bearing has a sliding bearing, some use a rolling bearing, and the lower part is supported by a thrust plate. The moving work surface is set with a toothed crushing plate and fastened with bolts. Pay attention to the anti-loose. In order to reduce the weight and increase the sturdiness, the shackles are made into a box-shaped body, and the bottom of the shackles is pulled at the bottom of the shackles. The mounting angle of the mounting is usually 150-250.

Seesaw (broken plate) and guard

The movable working face and the front side of the frame are equipped with toothed jaws, and the inner side walls of the frame are provided with side shields without teeth to form a square pyramid crushing chamber. The slab and the slab are directly in contact with the crushed material, and are subjected to strong crushing force and friction and wear, so they are generally made of wear-resistant materials. Commonly used is ZGMn13 or expensive high-manganese-nickel-molybdenum steel. Small-sized jaw crushers in small and medium-sized factories are also commonly used for white cast iron.

In order to make the moving jaws close to the moving jaws, lead or other fillers can be placed between the contact surfaces. The characteristics of high-manganese steel are good wear resistance, but the machinability and welding performance are poor. It is brittle during casting and forging, but after 1000-1050 degree water quenching, high tensile, shear, ductility and toughness can be obtained. Generally, at the time of leaving the factory, the crushing plate is water-quenched, and is generally not reheated during use. Considering the uneven wear and the possibility of exchange in different crushing zones, the seesaw and the guard are both detachable and designed to be used for turning.

Jaw crusher eccentric shaft

Support the moving jaw and the flywheel, withstand bending, twisting, and cranking. The eccentricity is generally IO-35mm. It is a relatively expensive part of the machine. It is commonly used for forging high-strength high-quality alloy steel such as 42MnMoV, 30MnMoB and 34MnMo, and the small one is also made of 45# steel. Generally need to be treated by quenching and tempering.

Thrust plate

The function of the thrust plate is to support the moving jaw and transmit the crushing force to the rear wall of the frame. When the rear end of the thrust plate has an adjusting device, it can be used to adjust the size of the discharge opening. In design, gray cast iron materials are often used to determine the size of the material according to the conditions of self-breaking under overload. The thrust plate is also a kind of safety device, which can automatically stop working when there is no overload in the work, so that the discharge port is enlarged to protect the valuable parts such as the moving jaw, the eccentric shaft and the frame from being damaged. Therefore, for no special reason, do not change the material and size of the original image.

Jaw crusher flywheel

The purpose of installing the flywheel is that the jaw crusher works intermittently, and the work stroke and the backhaul consume a lot of work, causing fluctuations in load and speed. The inertial force caused by this change in speed causes the motion pair to be subjected to additional dynamic pressure, which reduces mechanical efficiency and reliability of work. In addition, such periodic fluctuations cause elastic vibration, thereby affecting the strength of each part. To this end, a rotating part with a certain mass is installed at both ends of the eccentric shaft. When the driving work is greater than the resistance work, the excess energy is stored to increase the kinetic energy; when the resistance work is greater than the driving work, the flywheel will The energy is released to keep the fluctuation of load and speed within a certain range.

Jaw crusher support

Support bearings including eccentric shafts and dynamic support. For small and medium-sized boring machines, multi-row self-aligning rolling bearings are used. The sliding bearing is generally supported by a movable bearing. Pay special attention to the lubrication of the bearings.

Adjustment of the discharge port of the jaw crusher

At present, the small machine is commonly used in the wedge iron type. The wedge iron is adjusted by rotating the screw to change the position of the thrust plate, thereby adjusting the size of the discharge port, and of course the inclination angle of the seesaw is also changed.
