Jaw crusher

The jaw crusher is divided into two types according to the function: coarse crushing and fine breaking. It is the primary crushing equipment in the gravel production line. The coarse crushing feed particle size is between 125mm and 1020mm, the fine broken feed fineness is between 125 and 250mm, and the feed particle size is different according to the finished product granularity. The jaw crusher can crush coarse, medium and fine crushed various ores and rocks with compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa. It has large crushing ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance and low operating cost.

The working principle is: mainly cutting, squeezing, impact crushing. The main working parts are composed of two moving statics, which are fixed vertically on the front wall of the machine body, and the position of the movable jaw is inclined and the fixed jaw plate forms a large and small broken working cavity. In the motor-driven belt, the movement of the eccentric shaft moves up and down, and the movable jaws perform periodic cyclic movements on the static. When the two jaws are close to each other, the material is squeezed to produce a crushing effect. When the two jaws are separated, the finished mineral material is discharged from the discharge port.

Impact Crusher

The impact crusher has an adjustable discharge size and is a secondary and tertiary crushing mine equipment. It is mainly used in expressway and stone production lines and gravel production lines. It can process various materials with a particle size of not more than 500 mm and a compressive strength of not more than 360 MPa.

The working principle is: mainly impact crushing. The rotor of the crushing chamber is driven by the motor and runs at high speed. When the material enters the crushing zone, the hammer and material on the rotor collide and break. It is again thrown into the counterattack and impact crushed again, and this is repeated until the material is broken to the desired particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the counter frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the material discharge size and material shape. The impact crusher is widely used in highway construction, hydraulic engineering and gravel processing for construction with its excellent performance and good performance.

Hammer crusher

The hammer crusher is used to crush medium hardness and brittle materials, and the second and third grades are broken. Such as: limestone, coal and other materials, the compressive strength of the material does not exceed 100 MPa, and the humidity is not more than 15%. It is one of the main equipments for crushing limestone, coal or other brittle materials with medium hardness below the metallurgical, building materials, chemical and hydropower industries. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform product size.

The working principle is: impact, crushing, shearing, grinding and crushing. Mainly composed of hammer head, disc, main shaft, pin shaft and casing, the high-speed rotor will impact the material entering the crushing chamber at high speed to break. A sieve plate is arranged under the rotor, and when the material is smaller than the mesh size, the mesh is automatically removed from the mesh hole, and the material larger than the mesh size continues to be struck and ground by the hammer, and then discharged from the mesh.
